Method 
1.Greasepaint the Cashews 
Make sure your cashews are at room temperature and  fully dry. 
Grind them in a blender or food processor to a fine greasepaint. Be careful not toover-blend — cashews can release  oil painting and turn into a paste. 
 
2.Make the Sugar saccharinity 
In anon-stick  visage, combine sugar and water. 
Heat on medium  honey until the sugar dissolves and forms a one- string  thickness  saccharinity( test by pressing a drop between your fritters — should form a single thread when pulled  piecemeal). 
 
3.Add Cashew Powder 
Lower the heat and gently add the cashew greasepaint to the  saccharinity. 
Stir continuously to avoid lumps. 
Cook the admixture on low heat for about 7 – 10  twinkles until it thickens into a soft dough- suchlike  thickness. You should be  suitable to roll a small piece into a ball between your fritters. 
 
4.Cool and Knead the Dough 
Transfer the dough to a  oiled plate or diploma paper. 
Let it cool slightly( not  fully),  also knead it into a smooth dough while still warm. Grease your triumphs with ghee to  help sticking. 

5.Roll and Cut 
Place the dough between two  wastes of diploma or adulation paper. 
Roll it out unevenly to about ¼ inch consistence. 
still, gently place  gray  varak on top and press  smoothly, If using. 
Cut into diamond shapes using a sharp  cutter or pizza  knife.
