Chicken Tandoori Recipe

Tandoori Chicken form constituents
Main
500g funk( bone- heft, skinless – hams or shanks work stylish)
2 tbsp oil painting or melted adulation( for basting)
First Marination
1 tsp swab
1 tbsp bomb juice
½ tsp turmeric greasepaint
Alternate Marination
½ mug thick curd/ yogurt( bowed curd preferred)
1 ½ tbsp gusto- garlic paste
1 ½ tsp red chili greasepaint( Kashmiri chili greasepaint for color and mild heat)
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin greasepaint
1 tsp coriander greasepaint
½ tsp black pepper
swab to taste
1 tbsp bomb juice
Instructions
1. Prep the Chicken
Make deep cuts gashes and Rub with the first condiment( swab, turmeric, bomb juice), let it sit for 20 twinkles.
2. Marinate Again
Mix all alternate condiment constituents into a smooth paste.
cover funk completely, getting into the gashes.
3. Cook the funk
Roaster system
Preheat roaster to 220 °C( 430 °F).
Place funk on a rack over a charger. Singe for 25 – 30 mins, flipping half and basting with oil painting/ adulation.
Stovetop Method
Heat a heavy skillet.
mizzle oil painting and cook funk on medium-high, turning and basting until scorched and cooked through.
Air Fryer Method
Preheat to 200 °C( 392 °F), air shindig for 15 – 18 mins, flipping and basting formerly interior.
Serving Suggestions
Serve hot with mint chutney, bomb wedges, and onion rings.
