Onion Fritters (Onion Pakora / Kanda Bhaji)

Onion pakora

 This  form for onion  galettes( also known as onion pakora or kanda bhaji) is traditional and simple. They're deep- fried,  racy, and go well with chai.

 One or two green chilies, diced finely 
 
 One tablespoon of grated  gusto 
 
 Diced coriander leaves, a  sprinkle 
 
 Ajwain( carom) seeds ½ tablespoon(  voluntary) 
 
 ¼ tablespoon of  pulverized turmeric 
 
 ½ tablespoon red chili greasepaint( acclimate to taste) 
 
 Add  swab to taste. 
 
 Water —  veritably little — as  demanded 
 
 For deep- frying,  oil painting 
 
 Directions Prepare the onions 
 
 Cut onions thinly.
