Chicken Malai Curry Recipe

Chicken Malai Curry
constituents
500 grams funk( boneless or bone- heft)
2 soupspoons oil painting or ghee
1 teaspoon adulation
1 medium onion, finely diced
1 teaspoon gusto- garlic paste
2 green chilies, slit
½ mug fresh cream( malai or heavy cream)
¼ mug yogurt( thick curd, whisked)
¼ mug cashew nuts( soaked and blended to a paste)
1 tablespoon garam masala greasepaint
½ tablespoon black pepper greasepaint
½ tablespoon cardamom greasepaint( voluntary)
swab to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
For Marination
½ mug yogurt
1 teaspoon gusto- garlic paste
1 teaspoon bomb juice
1 tablespoon white pepper greasepaint
swab to taste
Instructions
Marinate the Chicken
In a large coliseum, blend yogurt, gusto- garlic paste, bomb juice, white pepper greasepaint, and swab.
Add funk pieces and fleece well.
Cover and chill for at least 1 hour( rather 2 – 3 hours for stylish results).
Cook the Curry
Heat oil painting and adulation in a visage.
Add diced onions and sauté until translucent( no need to brown).
Add gusto- garlic paste and green chilies; cook for a nanosecond.
Add marinated funk pieces and cook on high heat for 4- 5 twinkles until the funk turns white.
Lower the heat, cover, and cook for another 10 – 12 twinkles until funk is tender.
Add the Creaminess
Add the cashew paste and cook for 2 – 3 twinkles.
Stir in yogurt and blend gently.
Add fresh cream, garam masala, black pepper, and cardamom greasepaint.
