 constituents Curry  constituents 
 
 500g of beef or mutton(  rather bone- in  gobbets) 
 
 Peel and  hash three medium potatoes in half or  diggings. 
 
 Two medium onions, cut into thin slices 
 
 Two sliced tomatoes 
 
 1 teaspoon of garlic-  gusto paste 
 
 Half a mug of plain yogurt( not  needed, but adds flavor) 
 
 Half a mug of ghee or  cuisine  oil painting 
 
 Spices 
 
 One tablespoon of cumin seeds 
 
 One bay splint 
 
 One or two black cardamoms 
 
 Four to five black peppercorns 
 
 One little cinnamon stick 
 
 One tablespoon red chili greasepaint, or  further if necessary 
 
 tablespoon of  pulverized turmeric 
 
 ladles  pulverized coriander 
 
 Add  swab to taste. 
 
 Half a tablespoon of garam masala( to finish) 
 
 As a garnish 
 
 Diced fresh coriander leaves 
 
 Sliced green chilies(  voluntary) 
 
 Juliennes of  gusto(  voluntary) 
 
 Instructions
 
 In a big pot,  toast the  oil painting. Add peppercorns, cinnamon   stick, black cardamom, cumin seeds, and bay splint. Sauté for 30   seconds. 
 
 Fry the onions until they get golden brown. 
 
 After adding the  gusto- garlic paste, cook for one  nanosecond to   exclude the raw smell. 

Add the meat and cook over high heat until it begins to brown and change color. 
 
 Add  swab, turmeric, coriander greasepaint, tomatoes, and red chili   greasepaint. Cook until the  oil painting separates and the tomatoes   are tender( bhunai stage). 
 
 still, stir in yogurt and  poach until completely combined and  oil   painting separates  formerly more, If using. 
 
 Gently stir in potatoes. 
 
 Depending on how  important gravy you want, add 2 – 3  spectacles   of water. Cover and chef. 
 
 45 to 60  twinkles for mutton( or 15 to 20  twinkles for pressure     cuisine)
