This traditional and delectable Dahi Kadhi (yogurt curry with gram flour) dish is typically eaten with roti or rice. It smells strong and comfortable.

Constituents
About Kadhi
One mug of perfectly sour yogurt
Gram flour (besan) three soup spoons
Three water mugs
One tablespoon of ground turmeric
To taste, add a swab.
Regarding Tadka (Tempering)
Two spoonfuls of ghee or oil paint
Half a tablespoon of mustard seeds
One-half teaspoon of cumin seeds
optional 1/4 tsp methi dana (fenugreek seeds)
Two dried chilies of red color
Eight to ten curry leaves (not required, but recommended)
One pinch of asafoetida (hing)
Use half a spoonful of red chili greasepaint for color.

Add some fresh coriander as a garnish.
Directions Combine the yogurt and besan in a bowl and stir until smooth. Add the turmeric, swab, and water. Stir well and set aside.
Put the mustard seeds in a pot with heated ghee or oil paint. When they begin to splutter, add the curry leaves, cumin, fenugreek, asafoetida, and red chilies. Sauté for several seconds.
To aid in ripening, lower the heat and gradually add the yogurt mixture while stirring continuously.
Reduce the heat and poach for 20 to 30 seconds, or until cooked through and slightly thickened, after moving to a pustule. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Add red chili greasepaint for color and flavor. Adjust the swab and spice as needed.
As a garnish, add some fresh coriander. Serve after warming up.
Fritters, or pakoras, are an optional addition.
If you want to make Kadhi Pakora
Components of pakora
A half-mug of besan
One tablespoon of turmeric
One tablespoon of ground red chili
To taste, add a swab.
Water (to thicken the batter)
cup of voluntarily chopped spinach or onion
Drops of the pakora mixture should be deep-shindig in hot oil painting till golden. Include them in the kadhi during the last five seconds of boiling.

A timeless pairing is steamed basmati rice!
