Paneer Tikka Masala

Make restaurant-style Tandoori Paneer Tikka Masala at home with this easy recipe. A rich, creamy, and spicy paneer curry perfect for dinner with naan or rice.

Paneer Tikka Masala

Constituents for Tandoori Paneer Tikka:

200 gm paneer cubed 
Half a mug of thick yogurt 
A teaspoon of  ginger paste and garlic 
Half a tablespoon of turmeric 
and a tablespoon of Kashmiri red chilli 
fat lemon juice, 
a cotton  tar 
and half a tablespoon of grapeseed  oil painting  

Paneer Tikka
For Masala Gravy:                       

Two finely diced onions and grind 
A tablespoon of  ginger paste with garlic 
Half a tablespoon of turmeric, 
a tablespoon of red chilli 
fat lemon cream, 
a tablespoon of coriander fat 
and half a tablespoon of Kasuri methi 
Add coriander, 
cotton  tar,  
oil painting 
and garlic. 





🍳 Method:

Add the yogurt,  lemon juice and spices to the paneer and let it sit for 30  twinkles rally 
or  caff the paneer until it turns golden brown.

Fry the onions until golden brown. 
Add the tomato puree and  ginger- garlic paste and shindig until the chargers dissolve.

Garnish with some coriander. Serve hot with naan, kulcha or jeera rice.
