The perfect way to celebrate Eid is with a steaming bowl of Sheer Kurma, the rich, creamy, and fragrant dessert that brings families together. This popular recipe for sheer kurma is made with roasted vermicelli, milk, dates, and dry fruits. Whether you are planning your Eid menu or you are simply craving a filling, milk-based dessert, this easy sheer kurma recipe is the perfect way to sate your sweet taste.

Ingredients:
One liter of whole  
Fine seviyan vermicelli, half a cup
8–10 dates without seeds, cut
A half-cup of sugar, adjusted to taste
Ghee, two tablespoons
Ten to twelve almond slices
Cut ten to twelve cashews in half.
10–12 pistachios, chopped
One spoonful of raisins
Four to five green cardamom pods that have been crushed
A couple optional strands of saffron
An optional tablespoon of charoli, or chironji, seeds
One tablespoon of optional kewra or rose water (adds aroma)

How to Make Sheer Kurma A Comprehensive Guide:
 
First,  rally the vermicelli and nuts. toast the ghee in a heavy- bottomed  visage and gently fry the cashews, chironji, pistachios, almonds and raisins until golden brown. 
Remove from the  visage and set away. rally the vermicelli in the same ghee until golden brown.   

Step 2 Let the milk  poach  Bring the  visage to a  pustule after adding the full- fat milk. 
Let it  poach for 10 to 15  twinkles on low heat, stirring regularly to  help burning.   

Step 3 Add the cardamom and dates.  Boil the cardamom and diced dates in the milk until they're ambrosial and soft.   

Step 4 Add sugar to the admixture  After adding the sugar, heat until it has  fully melted.However, add saffron for a ambrosial, golden brown touch, If asked .   

Step 5 Add the positive  Add the roasted nuts followed by kewra or rose water. Cook for another two to three  twinkles. Turn off the heat.   

Step 6 Show love in your service  trim with  redundant dried fruits and serve hot or cold. Now you can enjoy your typical pure kurma! 

Advice:
use fine vermicelli.   
For a deeper flavor, you can voluntarily add condensed milk.
