đź›’ constituents for Masala Bhindi 
300 g fresh bhindi( okra or ladyfingers), gutted, dried and sliced  
½ tablespoon mustard seeds   
½ tablespoon cumin seeds   
A pinch of asafoetida( hing)   
½ tablespoon turmeric greasepaint   
½ tablespoon red chillies   
½ tablespoon coriander greasepaint   
½ tablespoon garam masala   
½ tablespoon amchur( dried mango greasepaint)   
Add  swab to taste.   
Two soupspoons oil painting   
A medium onion, thinly sliced, is  voluntary.   

For Phulka Roti you need one mug of whole wheat flour( atta).   
Hot water if  demanded   A pinch of  swab(  voluntary) 


Bhindi Roti

Instructions :
First, get the Bhindi ready. wash the bhindi well and use a fresh kerchief to stroke dry. To help sliminess, make sure there's no humidity present. Slice into 1- inch parts. 
Step 2 Prepare Phulka's Dough Combine whole wheat flour and a pinch of swab in a coliseum. Add warm water gradationally and knead until the dough is smooth and soft. Let it rest for 15 to 20 twinkles with a lid on. 
Third Step Prepare Masala Bhindi Heat oil painting in an iron or nonstick skillet. Add hing, cumin seeds, and mustard seeds. Add the diced bhindi and turmeric once they're foaming. On medium heat, sauté the bhindi for 5 to 7 twinkles, turning regularly, until it softens and loses its stickiness.Add coriander, red chili,garam masala and swab.After a thorough toss, cook for a farther five twinkles.Turn off the heat and add amchur.
Optional After the seeds sputter, add the onions and cook till golden, also add the bhindi.
Make Phulka Roti in Step Four. The roti will puff up if you toast a tawa( griddle) and fry it on both sides until brown spots form. also, place it on an open honey with tongs. Warm up and serve.

Serving Recommendations:
Serve the hot masala bhindi with some salad, a bowl of curd or plain yogurt, and freshly prepared phulka rotis. This healthy platter is ideal for weeknight dinners, lunchboxes, or even as a light meal.
